Getting this certificate was not an easy journey. I’m a very proud member of PACT and ABTC with my membership renewed this year until March 2026.

To get this certificate I had to:

🐾Attend 25 lectures and tutorials

🐾Submit 18 videos of me training dogs

🐾Write four essays on dog training

🐾Pass a theory exam

🐾Pass 2 practical exams of 1-2-1 training and group training

🐾Shadow other dog trainers in my free time

🐾Log 70 dog training hours

🐾Travel to Southampton for two in person fieldwork days

🐾 Read many recommended books for independent learning

🐾Pay for the course and membership fees

🐾 Dedicate myself to continuous learning logging CPD hours every year

🐾 Commit myself to support the ethics, ethos and values of PACT

🎉But now I am now a proud member of the Professional Association of Dog Trainers

🎉And am an ABTC registered Animal Training Instructor

I couldn’t be prouder and absolutely love this job.

My Bailey is the last one.

He really doesn't like the groomers so we have been working on getting him some desensitization in to make it a much more fun experience and now we have some key areas we can work on with him.

He looks great too :) Thanks for the lovely work!
