We ask Parliament to include an exemption in the Animal Welfare (Import of Dogs, Cats and Ferrets) Bill for registered charities and approved, responsible rescue organisations to rehome adult, disease tested dogs, who were previously docked as working hunting dogs abroad.

What an absolutely amazing time I had at Helen’s House of Hope. Helen has rescued and re-homed over 500 dogs in the last 10 years. It was an absolute pleasure to spend time there and do what I could to help out.

Little Jeanie had a very comfortable night last night and even managed a tail wag this morning. If all her health checks are ok she will be the fastest ever adoption reservation we have had. Megs daughter has been looking for a little dog for a year and has fallen in love with her so fingers crossed everything is good and we can get her spayed and begin the process to prepare her for travel.
