How we provide a personal and caring service:
- Same day pet collection in our pet hearse (from home or vets)
- Pets are never put into cold storage facilities as cremations are promptly conducted (within 24 hours of arrival unless requested otherwise)
- Pets are always cremated individually which ensures owners can have peace of mind that the ashes they recieve definitely belong to their beloved pet
- Pets are handled with the greatest of care by the same people from the start till the end of the process
- We understand that owners are not always in their right mind when losing a beloved pet and so we ensure customers are aware of their options and are able to make informed decisions regarding the selection of caskets and memorials
