Reggie and Nessa had a walk and short sit on Tuesday. Nessa is definitely improving! She gets very overexcited, so by me sitting with her for a little bit after, it gives her some time to cool off and calm down before leaving them. Reggie had some fun sniffing out treats, and then Nessa had a turn after. She was flaked out by the end of it!

Twiggy enjoying a lay down in the grass on Friday. We had a little pop-in together as it was too warm for her to comfortably enjoy her walk. She had lots of cuddles and a frozen lick matt to keep her busy ❤️

Lexi and Bluu are a lovely pair. You can really see the difference in their personalities from this video, Bluu loves a lap cuddle whereas Lexi is full of bounce and is obsessed with water! 💙

I had a little house visit with Twiggy on friday, as we are only doing street walks from her home at the moment to help gain her confidence with stress and reactivity, it was too warm for her to safely enjoy her walk as there were limited shade. She had a short sunbathe and then lots of cuddles inside!

It’s meant to be really warm over the weekend through to next week so it’s important to be aware of the key signs of heat stroke and how to prevent it.

Heat stroke can happen so quickly in dogs, causing life threatening symptoms in as little as 15 minutes.

Make sure to stay safe and be responsible with your pets whilst also enjoying the sun! ☺️☀️
