The board groom We are a friendly local dog grooming business located in Old Town Eastbourne Willingdon Road. Qualified in City & Guilds Level 2 and Level 3 Dog Grooming.

Force free grooming, no restarints used. Fully insured and First Aid cerificated. Small dogs start @£36
Medium dogs start @£40
Large dogs start @£50 plus

To all our lovely Board Groom clients and their doggies 💕

Just a note to say there will be a small price increase across our dog grooming services with effect from 01/09/26. We haven’t increased our prices since April 2023 and as I’m sure you can all appreciate, our utility bills, rent, equipment servicing, products and running costs have all increased significantly over the past 3+ years. Our price increase will be reasonable, please don’t worry 🥰

Vicko and Sharon here from The Board Groom. We are fully qualified City & Guilds Level 2 and Level 3 dog groomers, fully trained in Canine First Aid and comprehensively insured.

We only groom on a 1-2-1 basis unless you have more than one dog from the same household, we do not mix your dog with other dogs, it’s one at a time only.

We never leave your dog unattended whilst in our care. We do not use cages to ‘house’ your dog whilst waiting for collection, we never use restraints, ‘groomers helpers’, belly straps, drying cabinets, neck chokers or any form of restraint. Just ‘handling’ incorporating positive rewards with praise and high value treats.

We want your dog to enjoy coming to us for their groom, not to be fearful, nervous or anxious. We work with your dog to fully enjoy the experience, we want them to walk in to our salon, tails wagging and fully engaged. Happy doggies ❤️

We want for your dogs what we want for our own dogs, a positive rewarding experience.

If you have lost a beloved pup this year as we have losing our little Greek Princess Scala Gaga, this is for you. They have a truly special place on our hearts, always and forever. We miss Scala every day, we feel her presence around us and she comes to us in our dreams. When you lose a pup we have groomed for you for many years, we feel it too, we feel your heartache and your pain and we cry for each and every one of you. A love like no other.
