Block of 4 stables available for DIY with sole use field. East wellow near Romsey. Facilities and utilities included with indoor school, trailer parking, solarium, tack room, tea room. £200 per stable per month, turnouts and services can be added on as needed.

Grass livery also available, diy and assisted grass livery for ridden horses with facilities included, individual or paired space. Youngstock grazing in a herd on a large average with no facilities.

Cross Oaks Livery in East Wellow near Romsey has some vacancies for livery spaces available:

DIY stable, field (mixed herd of 4), facilities and utilities £200 per month per horse. Two stables next to each other and a third stable coming available.

Grass livery £275 - £295 per month depending on size of horse/pony. Includes use of facilities, daily checking, daily putting out of hay as needed, poo picking, use of facilities and spare stable. Option to add own private use stable on if preferred. Cost of hay not included and is charged separately.

Assisted livery with large an indoor stable and flexible turnout options including individual turn out if needed. Please enquire for prices and more options.

Our new track livery system is being partially surfaced all the way round so you can enjoy the benefits of a track system without the mud!! Suitable for barefoot ponies upto 14.2hh. Assisted and full options available, please enquire for prices.

We are a very friendly and happy relaxed yard, where the horse’s care is our top priority.
There is an indoor school, tack room, solarium, toilet, good hacking and nice friendly people, absolutely zero yard politics or nastiness.

Now with the building work done and the wedding out of the way… I’m so excited to now be able to offer lessons at my base in Romsey!
We have a 20x60 outdoor arena, and 25x40 indoor with mirrors and world class surfaces…so no matter the weather we’ll be covered!

Our specially made surfaced turnout pen is ideal for horses on restricted turnout or restricted grazing. Combined with the smaller surfaced pen it’s been a godsend for horses on rehabilitation, bridging the gap between box rest and first field turnout. This pen next to the woods is a lovely shady spot this time of year.

Entries are currently low for our next Open Evening Dressage Competition on Wednesday 7th May at Woodington Training Centre.
