We had the sweetest visit from Topaz, a gorgeous 2-year-old English Setter. 💛 Their owner was worried about a possible ear infection, and we know how stressful it can be when your pet isn’t quite themselves.

Our team always creates a tailored plan for each patient because every pet is unique, and they deserve care that’s just for them. 💕

Chloe is our Lead Customer Care Advisor and she’s absolutely brilliant! 🐾

She’s here to answer your questions, guide you through your visit, and make sure both you and your pet feel genuinely cared for. And yes, there are always plenty of cuddles for your four‑legged friend!

We understand how sensitive pets can be to your emotions, and how stressful a vet visit can sometimes feel. That’s why Chloe and the whole team go the extra mile to create a calm, reassuring experience – from convenient on‑site parking, to our welcoming pet‑friendly reception, and even separate waiting and consulting rooms for cats.

Here’s Coco - one of the gentlest souls we know. 💛

Just two weeks ago, she had cataract surgery on her right eye. Recovery hasn’t been entirely smooth, but thanks to careful monitoring, Specialist input, and lots of love, she’s well on her way.

Seeing her improve has been a joy for our whole team and a reminder of how powerful it can be when everyone works together in the best interest of the animal.

If you’ve noticed any changes in your pet’s eyes, we’re always here to help and discuss all available options for treatment.
