Our newly luxury built cattery is personally designed with extra large penthouse units each having fully insulated and heated sleeping quarters. They have a spacious lower level exercise area with two raised seating points to create a comfortable home for your cats to sit back and enjoy the panoramic view of our countryside. Some dreadful person has dumped this poor little Kitten at our Cattery 😿

She is very lucky that we found her hiding under our van at 10.30am this morning shouting her head off for our attention. Hope they only dumped the one kitten, we have searched all over incase there are any others that aren’t so vocal and can’t find anymore but you never know. She’s so affectionate poor little mite.

Price increases and this years Cattery shut down dates
Sorry to have to do this but I’m sure you can all understand how difficult it is for small businesses.
I really need to retire due to health issues but we love this job and all you lovely customers so we will be taking time out to recuperate and catch up with family and friends.
We will honour all current booking prices but any amendments to these bookings will be at the new prices.

Christmas bookings🎄🤶🏻🧑‍🎄🎄x
Just a polite notice to all customers that will be boarding with us over the Christmas period.
This is always a very busy time having a very fast turnaround of cats with most customers all needing the same day.
Please be mindful that you all have a time slot and my car park is nothing like the ones at local supermarkets.
Also very sorry we will not have time to chat like we normally do (this will kill me as I’m sure you know😹)
But someone else will be waiting for us at the gate.
So sorry that I have to write this post but last year I had a bad review from a customer who came on Sunday 24th December yes Christmas Eve! I was only open for an hour and I had 13 customers. Apparently 20 mins of my time on this very busy day was not good enough for someone plus my door bell was constantly buzzing….. thankfully the waiting customers were very understanding xx
Things never go to plan so please always be patient at busy time

So today I have had a really bad google review from a dreadfully rude customer with one of the worst attitudes I have ever had to deal with in my 13 years of this job and I don’t think she took kindly to me telling her so. I will miss her lovely cat she is such a lovely little happy girl. Sometimes nothing is good enough and there is just no pleasing some people despite every effort to reassure them that their cat is happy…. Look at the video that I sent to this customer within an hour of her dropping her off 😻 happy cat that’s what matters to me.

I’m off on my holidays again with my daughter from Tuesday 18th June until Monday 1st July
Don’t worry Adrian will still be home looking after all your cats whist I’m away. Adrian can take your bookings (to be specific for ppl that don’t understand) ring the cattery but if you could wait until I get back on 1st of July that would be really helpful.
