Peddy’s Wild Wagger's Welcome to Peddy's Wild Waggers. We have recently started up our dream and we are now proud to offer dog groom, dog training, as well as dog walking services.

Based in Retford and surrounding areas please feel free to contact. Having always wanted to join the Police within the dog unit, I found out that it was one of the hardest things to get into. At 17 and not being disenchanted, I took the advice of getting experience of life and that I did. I might have got lost along the way, made bad choices, and let life take over. After 15 years in the corporate

world at the same company I was made redundant, however as the saying goes when when life gives you lemons..... rather than chasing that elusive promotion, pay rise, recognition, I chose to do something that I love and found out I'm not bad at (perhaps not how the saying goes). Although sometimes circumstances helps you have that reality check, and lets you re-train and learn new skills (including social media) which is why I am now here. Loving every minute of making the dream become a reality and hopefully you join me on my journey.

If you’ve ever wondered what a professional de-shed can do, these photos say it all! 😲

From mountains of loose undercoat to sleek, comfortable, and shiny coats, a good de-shed is about so much more than appearance. It helps to:

✅ Reduce shedding around the home
✅ Remove dead coat and compacted undercoat
✅ Improve air flow to the skin
✅ Keep your dog more comfortable, especially in warmer weather
✅ Leave the coat healthy, clean and manageable

The best part? We haven’t removed any healthy coat—just all the loose fur that was ready to come out!

Big pups, little pups… they all have to start somewhere! 💙

We’ve had some lovely youngsters through the grooming pod this week for their very first puppy introduction sessions. These early visits are all about building confidence, creating positive experiences, and helping puppies learn that grooming isn’t something to worry about.

From getting used to the bath, dryer, brushes and clippers, to plenty of fuss, treats and reassurance, we take things at each puppy’s pace to help set them up for a lifetime of stress-free grooming.

Safe to say they all smashed it! And although Rob tried to keep them, they went back home to their happy hoomans.

We’ve added a new cushion to the pod, finished with our logo — a small touch, but all part of making the space feel calm, comfortable, and homely for every dog and owner that comes through our doors with Bruce and Layla giving it their approval and enjoying the sunshine.

All we’ve wanted for Bear was safety, confidence, and a chance to just be a dog.
Today, he’s running on our favourite beach in a place we love with our other three pups, loving life — and honestly, our hearts are full.

This video is all the pups enjoying their freedom, with Bear right in the middle of it all. His training over the last month has given him something priceless:
✨ freedom without fear
✨ confidence without risk of flight
✨ joy without stress

And now? He’s fallen in love with life all over again.

Watching him run, play and just exist peacefully is exactly why we do what we do.

Goldilocks and the three bears came for their grooms today 🐻

Was lovely to have little Bear come for his first puppy intro, and returning teddy bears Percy and Poppy. While Goldilocks (big Bear) after a week of intensive training, was rewarded with a pamper session in the pod which he has grown to love.
