We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Coordinator to join our team, working across both our East Leake and Keyworth branches. This role is vital in enhancing our client experience and supporting our commitment to high-quality veterinary care.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for clients and their pets
• Providing exceptional customer service to pet owners.
• Managing client communications and inquiries effectively.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting in the coordination of daily operations within the practice.
• Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Handling billing and payment processes efficiently.
• Contributing to maintaining a clean and organized working space.

Experience required:

Although previous veterinary experience is not essential, proven customer service is important to this role, along with the following:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools.
• A passion for animal welfare

Hours available:

Tuesday 9-5
Thursday 8-12
Friday 9-3.30
Saturday 9-1

Total hours 21.5

Please note, we do require some flexibility with shifts and this role does include weekend working.

Today we hosted the Sutton Trust/University of Nottingham Veterinary School Summer School - for the third year running. This scheme encourages the wider participation of Veterinary applicants, encouraging those who may not have a Veterinary education on their agenda previously - due to personal circumstance. It is really important that there is access to a degree in Veterinary Medicine for all - and so we are really honoured to be not only supporting this project, but also taking an active part in the event. A huge thanks to RVN Sophie for her help today. We have a great team 👍🏻
Sophie and I are considering running a ‘So you want to be a Vet’ Open Day at Pinfold Vets later in the year. We would aim it at 12 - 16 year olds. Is this something that people would be interested in?

I know I keep going on about it - but it really is a GREAT service! You should have got an email today with a link to sign up. Make sure you do - already we have over 120 people signed up and a good few found it useful when we were closed at the weekend- saving them much anxiety, and for some, an unnecessary trip to Vets Now.
