Urban Tails - Pet Services

We are both very experienced in all aspects of animal care. Louise has worked with cats, horses and dogs from a young age and has worked in the veterinary industry throughout her adult life in a nursing role and now in an admin role with a mobile vet. Kenny has provided Pop in and walking services for Urban Tails back when the business was born in 2017. We had stepped back from the business due to

injury and then when Lou’s dad was unwell she became a full time carer until he passed. Life takes you in unexpected directions but we are delighted to be able to provide our service again. Together we have four dogs and four cats that we adore. Three of our dogs are rescues and it has given us invaluable experience of dealing with nervous and anxious pooches. The services we currently offer are

• Pop in visits for cats, small furries and birds. Away for a few days? Working long hours? We are happy to visit for feeds, cage/litter tray cleaning, company and to administer medication.

• Pet transportation - available for moving animals safely, whether that is short or long distance.


• Pop in visits for dogs/puppies - we can visit to let your pooch out for toilet breaks during your working day or if you are out out for the evening. At the moment we are unable to offer dog walking services but aim to achieve this again in the future.
