New Years was very busy at CCDW HQ! Sage had 8 puppies after a rather dramatic whelp. She all better now but after an emergency c-section and spay it was not the best way to spend New Year’s Day. The following two and half days saw me get no sleep as I had to bottle feed the puppies while she was getting the veterinary care she needed. We have four boys and four girls. The brown roan is staying which will take me up to 6 dogs 🫣

A few news faces recently. Welcome to Teddy, Mario and Otis. 3 lovely boys who are a joy to walk. Teddy’s predecessor was one of my favourite ever dogs, Buddy. Buddy was one of those dogs who you could walk with anybody, anywhere and without a lead. He was polite to everyone he met and such a softy. Teddy is slightly different but similar in ways. Mario is only with me for a short time while his owner recovers from an operation.
