I cant believe I am actually having to write another post let alone have to order these signs... but here we are.

I have just witnessed someone allow their dog to p*e into my newly planted flower beds, which will have no doubt killed what has been planted a few weeks ago.

AGAIN... This is our home. We appreciate that dogs will just go as and when and we can understand accidents. But to stand and not only allow a dog to urinate up/on someones property but ENCOURAGE them to go is absolutely not acceptable. I have had to stop myself short from posting up all of the CCTV because Im so annoyed.

Most people do pick up their dogs poo but the p*eing is getting to be a huge problem with owners of male dogs who are marking.

I have incidents of people allowing their dogs to p*e on/up
-our fences
-our neighbours back garden fence
-our patio chairs
-our toddlers slide
-the wheelie bins

Please give it some thought that you are not only visiting a business but our family home where we have 2 children who want to enjoy the outdoor space.

Hi all. We will not be in the salon until 11th march due to working at crufts again this year.
This means that if you message us for an appointment during this time we won’t be able to get back to you until the 11th.

We are currently experiencing a high number of enquiries at the moment and I am doing my best to get back to everyone as quickly as I can.

Please bare this in mind especially around Christmas. We have got extra staff in to accommodate appointments this year.

Please ensure you give us the adequate notice so that we have chance to offer your slot to someone else if you cant make it.

Please make sure not to leave it last minute if you need your dogs grooming before Christmas.

I have slots available this week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and very limited availability next week and no availability the following week.

NO SHOWS/LATE CANCELLATIONS

We have currently this week had 9 no show/late cancellation appointments this week so far.

Please can all clients be mindful of managing their appointments with us. We send out courtesy reminder messages to help prevent this and it continually happens.

We ask for 48 hours notice to give us chance to try and fill the slots, but late cancellations and no shows prevent us from filling the slot you have reserved therefore we miss out on that income.

No shows and late cancellations cripple small business'.

This is not our hobby this is what pays our mortgage and supports our family.

We appreciate that emergencies crop up last minute which we are understanding of, and we understand that its the summer holidays and you may have things planned that you don't want to rearrange due to a grooming appointment. All we ask is that you give us notice so that we can fill the slot.
