Having had a few lessons with Stephanie McDearmid BHS Coach over the past 6 weeks I feel like I'm making progress - slowly but surely in a very short space of time. Poppy and I will be booking again when Paul and I are back from our horsey holiday at Off the Beaten Track Rides

Paul Richard Boyles is also planning some lessons again soon too....🐴🐴

Back to Blyth again this afternoon to coach Lacey on Vee, her lovely TB mare 🐴
Lacey is improving so quickly and throughly enjoys her lessons 😃
Today she did some riding without stirrups to help develop a deep seat and leg length 💪
Next EQ Bands to help improve strength, balance and lower leg position👌
And the final part of the lesson focused on jumping position, looking up and over the fence and allowing Vee to see the stride 🏇

Lacey enjoyed a rider analysis session, followed by EQ Bands to help improve her position and balance.
To finish we did some polework to practise jumping position.
