Ever wondered how we get that floral bouquet shot? 🌸🐾

The secret isn't hours of posing... it's keeping it quick, calm, and stress-free for the dog 💚

✨ Frank the Doberman holds a stay with a tasty treat.
✨ I ask the bridesmaids to bring the bouquets closer together (those little gaps make a huge difference!).
✨ Then I slowly move the treat back towards the photographer's () camera so Frank's eyes naturally follow.

The result? A stunning photo in under 20 seconds 🙌

No pressure, no endless retakes, just setting our wedding dogs up for success and capturing the moment efficiently.

Getting married at Whitworth Hall this summer and bringing your dog along? 🐾☀️

One thing we always look for on warm wedding days is a nice shaded walking route, and one of our favourites nearby is the Auckland Railway Walk 🌳

It’s peaceful, mostly shaded, and perfect for giving your dog a little break away from the excitement of the wedding day while keeping them cool and comfortable.

A happy dog = a happy wedding day 💚

Ivy 🐾 | Shotton Grange

Beautiful Ivy the Greyhound was an absolute star at Bethan and Chris' wedding day at Shotton Grange.

From the moment she arrived, guests were completely smitten and everyone wanted to stop by for a fuss. Safe to say Ivy soaked up every bit of the attention and was loving life!

The day was packed with personality – from Bethan's stunning black wow-factor dress to the incredible alternative music that perfectly reflected the couple. We absolutely loved the vibe of this wedding and felt honoured to have Ivy be part of it all.

A special mention to photographer Jonathan Stockton, who may just have been Ivy's biggest fan of the day! 🖤🐾

Not every wedding story goes quite to plan.

Just three weeks before Matthew and Katie's big day, Bertie underwent emergency surgery for a large slipped disc that was compressing his spine. His recovery meant strict crate rest, so sadly he couldn't be there in person to celebrate with his favourite people.

But if there's one thing that's clear, it's how much Matthew and Katie adore their boy. Every decision was made with Bertie's wellbeing at the heart of it, and I was truly honoured that they trusted me to care for him while they celebrated their wedding day.

And of course, there was no way Bertie was being left out completely! 🍻 As the wedding was held at a brewery, the couple had a special beer created and named after him for the occasion — a brilliant tribute to a very special dog.

Bertie is recovering well 🫶
and we wish Matthew and Katie a lifetime of happiness together. ❤️🐾

Peaches 🐾

Can we all take a moment for the happiest Golden Retriever ever? 💛

Peaches had the absolute best day at the beautiful Ellingham Hall, making sure every single guest received a warm welcome (and probably hoping for a few extra fusses along the way! 🐶).

Rachel & Jordan's wedding was filled with so much love, laughter, and joy, and Peaches was right at the heart of it all. From greeting guests to soaking up the celebrations, she truly embraced her role as Guest of honour!
