🐾🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 A Wedding Day Surprise! 🐾🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

When Chloe and Ollie adopted Apollo and Ruby from Greyhound Trust - West Scotland, they gave two gorgeous greyhounds a loving home. Sadly, earlier this year, Apollo suddenly passed away, leaving them heartbroken and Ruby missing her best friend terribly. 💔

💍 With their wedding on the horizon, Chloe and Ollie made the tough decision not to adopt again straight away. But then along came Donny. 🐾

Ollie met Donny on one of our group walks and was instantly smitten! 💚 Not only did Donny have the same gentle nature as Apollo, he even came from the same trainer.

Ollie kept asking to walk Donny again… what he didn’t know was that Chloe had secretly been speaking to our team behind the scenes 🤭 asking if Donny could be her wedding gift to Ollie!

And so, after six weeks of carefully keeping the secret, the big reveal took place on their wedding day, with Ruby there as part of the ceremony, and Janice and Scott from Greyhound Trust West Scotland in attendance to help unveil the best gift of all. Safe to say, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house! 🥹

Donny will officially join the family once Chloe and Ollie return from their honeymoon, but we think it’s safe to say he already knows he’s home. 🏡

Huge congratulations to the newlyweds - and thank you to our wonderful team at Greyhound Trust West Scotland for making this unforgettable moment possible! 💚
