Impulse control is super important. Training can help massively. Im learning that more now having two dogs that play intensely!

Well the comment from rando Internet person finally came!

Why do you have a puppy? Why didn't you adopt or rescue.

My answer? I need a dog with proven work drive that I can shape and train to do the sport I do.

As well as hopefully training to be my buisness's next working dog. I needed a puppy with health testing, a good pedigree who's parents have great work ethic.

Shaming people for getting puppies from good breeders isn't the answer to the shelter crisis. Its the backyard breeders that need to be made answerable. Breeding dogs with no end of health issues, unstable temperaments. These are the dogs that end up in shelters.

Suitable for puppies right at the start of their training to young dogs needing a refresher or to start their training.

1 to 1 with George!

George is a lovely young cocker I have been working with. Tonight was recall. He has a great toy drive so we used that as a motivator to start cementing a strong recall cue.

Learning to settle is a vital skills puppies should learn very early on. It teaches them an off switch off, and allows you take your dog to places such as cafes.@
