I re-visited Portobello Primary School to take some photographs of the House Logo mural project. They are definitely an eye-catching addition to the entrance to school!

Pupils at Portobello Primary School enjoyed working with me designing their new House logos.

Following my session in school, I created these boards based on the children's designs. They have really brightened up the entrance to school.

Introducing the Dog & Haggis. What a delight it was working on this cheery project! The once ordinary courtyard is being transformed into a space where pupils (and staff) can relax, play and chat. More content to follow once the refurbishment finished; complete with seating, table tennis and pool table. How lucky are the children at Bede Community Primary School?!

Check out these artworks created using pupils' work from my latest Art Club project. The children drew and painted storybook characters that belong to four different literary genres. They were printed onto vinyl and displayed in the school library.

Had a lovely afternoon at Portobello Primary School teaching Year 6 about logo design. Pupils started designing their new house logos. I will paint them as four small murals outside the school entrance.

Well it's been an epic project, finally complete!

Bus update... sanding, stripping, sanding, more sanding!! It's all in the prep - never appreciated how BIG double-deckers are until now! Can't wait to start painting.
