We were supposed to be in Tenerife tonight 🌴

Instead, we’ve been in bed since 8pm, comforting our dog who’s terrified of fireworks 🐕💔

And honestly… I’d have spent the whole evening worrying about her if we had been in Tenerife anyway 😂😘

2026 will bring plenty of holidays — there’s no rush ✨

Thank you, 2025.
You were eventful.
I learned a lot.
I grew a lot.
And I’m genuinely grateful for every lesson.

I am so ready for 2026 💫

He isn’t often allowed on the bed because the dogs chase him off, but this is Blue who is 11 😺

Earlier this year we lost our 2 other cats; Missy and Louis*. I’m still processing that loss.

Missy was with me for over 18 years, she saw a lot!

As this year starts to draw to a close, hug those that matter close and if you love them, tell them so.

Our family are those we accept unconditionally and they are ALL that matter after ourselves.

Human or animal, all are precious.

Choose well 💕

They mother is deceased and the babies may not survive long without her if they are reliant on mums milk 😭

We have been contacted overnight with heartbreaking news. A deceased lactating female cat has been brought into the emergency vets in Milton Keynes. She was found outside our usual area, on:

📍 Castle Hill Road, Totternhoe, Bedfordshire
(Just before the Cross Keys Pub and opposite S Horton & Sons Butchers)

This poor mum cat had clearly been feeding kittens – and those kittens are now likely out there somewhere, alone and in danger.

We don’t know if she was a pet, stray, or feral – but what we do know is:
🆘 There are kittens now without their mum, likely nearby.

If you live in or near this area, or know someone who does, PLEASE:

🔍 Check gardens, sheds, garages and outbuildings
👂 Listen for high-pitched crying or mewing
📞 Contact a local rescue or vet immediately if you spot or hear anything

These kittens are in urgent need – they won’t survive long without help. Even the smallest clue could save a life.

🙏 Please share this post widely, especially in local Totternhoe, Dunstable, and Bedfordshire groups.

Let’s give these babies the chance their mum tragically lost.
