Although I’m no longer very active on this page, I wanted to share a cause that is very close to my heart and maybe some of yours too. As some of you may be aware my mum passed away in early February due to a short battle with Melanoma. So for the month of April I am partaking in Stand Up To Cancers Walkies challenge, where I’ll walk 60 miles over the course of my month with my fur baby Peggy-Sue.

I’ve now been walking for cancer research UK for over a week. After a busy weekend I’ve got some catching up to do but I’m nearly there to stay on track.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to every single person who has donated so far, however big or small it really makes a difference. We absolutely smashed our initial goal of £250 in the first 24 hours, reaching £590, so I’ve increased the goal to £750. The team over on the challenges fb page informed me that £400 buys a microscope that contributes to life saving cancer research, so once again, thank you everybody ❤️

And with that my last dog walk is finished!

Wanted to say a big thank you once again for all the kind words, cards and goodies I’ve been gifted, it really means a lot. Apologies if you don’t see your fur baby on the card, i had to make the decision to draw just my most regular customers as I couldn’t possibly fit you all!

Also to note that my work number will no longer be available from 13th September but I am keeping my Facebook active or feel free to ask for my personal number if you’d like to stay in contact, I would love to see/hear from everybody ❤️

Invoices for this month will be sent out as normal this evening

As I’m winding down for my last week I wanted to share some of my recent photos, I’ve already said some goodbyes for now and know there’s a few more ahead this week but I’m so grateful to have gotten to know some amazing people and their fur babies ❤️

Pictures from the last few weeks! I’ve been a bit slow with social media due to house sitting and some other sad/exciting news, from September onwards I’m starting a new career!

While I’m so sad to be leaving my business behind and all the customers I’ve met over the last year and a half, for several reasons I’ve decided this change is best to me.

While I’ve contacted most clients I may have missed some ad hocs so if you have any concerns please let me know.

A busy couple of weeks with all the weather changes known to man it seems 😂 lots of outings, puppy sits and even a bit of midwifery with a new arrival at the stud!

I think everyone is loving the sunshine this week, I know I am! We’ve had lots of water breaks and sticking to shadier areas to manage it but even the complete mud monsters seem to be enjoying a break from the rain ☀️

I highly recommend to every pet owner to learn some basic first aid for your pets! It doesn’t necessarily mean going on a two day course but a simple cheap online course can give you some basic know how.

⬆️ This is the first aid kit I carry with me in my dog walking bag, it’s small and compact but has the minimum you may need for an emergency. I also use Leucillin for any small cuts and scrapes that comes in a small size suitable for bags.
