Happy double digit 🔟 birthday to my little love that started it all… Our Irish Gentlemen Ruairi (Forfarian Taken by Storm) 💞. He’s the one that created my love for dog showing 🥇, Dog grooming ✂️ and my forever love for this magnificent breed ♥️ 🫶🏼. The Red king of the house and our hearts 💕 . What a wonderful 10years it has been and here’s to many more 🙏🏻.

Some autumnal advice 🍂

As the leaves turn and autumn walks begin, it’s important to remember that conkers can be dangerous for dogs. These shiny seeds contain a toxin called aesculin, found in all parts of the horse chestnut tree – seeds, bark, leaves and flowers. If eaten, aesculin can upset your dog’s stomach, causing vomiting, diarrhoea, drooling, or loss of appetite ⚠️

Conkers can also be a choking hazard or cause an obstruction in the stomach.

👉 If you think your dog has eaten a conker, or is showing any concerning signs, always contact your vet for advice.
