Handsome Harvey

Handsome Harvey is a beautiful 3 year old poodle

Harvey is the sweetest boy.
Harvey is so chilled and quite content to be lying cuddled next to you or when he’s too warm he’ll migrate to the floor but always likes to be in the same room as you.

Harvey is my sticking plaster when I’m at home and on our walks.

He is great on the lead but still quite anxious when out on walks and likes to take things quite slow, expect him to walk slightly behind you, but with some further positive encouragement he will continue to enjoy it.
Be ready for him to p*e and poo mid walk so attention is needed whilst walking him.

Harvey is toilet trained at home and sometimes even holds it in for the walk rather than going in the garden.

Harvey gets on well with my dogs but he tends to be more content with humans and would be best suited to a home with no dog or another relaxed dog. If you have a dog an introduction will be needed prior to any solid decisions.

Some things to note;
He jumps up when he’s excited especially when you first open the crate in the morning, and as he’s a big dog it’s probably best if he isn’t around young kids.

🐾❗️ ATTENTION PET OWNERS ❗️🐾

Recently, we’ve noticed an outbreak of vomiting and diarrhoea affecting dogs in our local community.
We are seeing severe vomiting going on for around 24 hours followed by a few to several days of very watery diarrhoea. Most cases will clear by themselves, but symptoms can be more severe in the old and very young.

- If your pet is vomiting, consider withholding food for 6 hours and then introduce a bland diet in very small amounts, little and often.
- If your pet just has diarrhoea, no not withhold food, but feed small bland meals.
- If your pet becomes very dull or their appetite is is not improving quickly then seek medical advice.
