You’ve acquired a tiny, furry lunatic with absolutely no idea how the world works. 😂

That’s where I come in.

I’m now an Impackt Behaviour Accredited Puppy Trainer, bringing Impackt Puppy FUNdamentals to Play2Train. 💜💚

And we’ll be doing a LOT more than teaching puppies to sit nicely for a biscuit.

A huge part of the course is proper, supervised OFF-LEAD socialisation.

Why? Because puppies need to learn dog.

How to communicate.
How to play.
When to back off.
When to disengage.
And how to be around another dog without thinking:

“DOG!!! MUST MEET IT!!!” 🤪

That means better social skills as they grow and, importantly, neutrality when they’re on lead —
helping reduce frustration and the likelihood of on-lead reactivity.

The goal?
A well-balanced, social adult dog who can cope with real life. ❤️

We’ll also tackle:

🎯 Recall — even when something more exciting exists
🦮 Calm, neutral lead walking
🤲 Handling without the wrestling match
🧠 Confidence & self-control
🎉 Useful everyday skills — and plenty of FUN

We were really lucky and almost missed the rain entirely!

Working on focus around distractions and loose lead while navigating the small challenge course
Great effort from everyone

Then they all enjoyed some off lead playtime to socialise

Just LOOK at the difference in this dog after some simple changes to the OWNER.

THREE YEARS of training this dog had - yet he still was crazy and very difficult to walk without looking like your jet skiing !!

2 hours of doing the right thing and see the difference for yourself 🤩

Isn’t it thought provoking that homeless people have such well behaved dogs 🤔

They didn’t spend ages choosing their breed and or breeder
They didn’t get ‘pick of the litter’
They don’t have the best food
They don’t get the best treats
They don’t get the best toys
They never come to training class

YET…

The are rarely reactive !

What are they doing that most owners are not??
