My own dog Balach was pooped with the heat today and just gave up and lay in a hair pile I was trying to clear 🤣🤣 just a reminder that the heat is slowing us all down so you may have to wait a little longer to get your dog back . We can only have them under the driers so long so please bear with us if you have any damp bits in collection . Once the drier is off it’s soo hot there isn’t any respite from the heat so we are paying extra close attention to welfare , especially with elderly , bracycephallic dogs (short squishy muzzled) and puppies . We appreciate your understanding xx

Some dazzling pink and purples here acting as a backdrop to your gorgeous dogs . Just another wee reminder that it is hot in the salon . We do have air con running but it’s fighting it only with the sun but also the driers and blasters . Please don’t walk your dog to their appointment in this heat unless you have no choice and be prepared to let us hang on to your dog a little longer than usual and that they may not be bone dry if it’s too warm under the hairdryers . ❤️

Wowsers it’s been hot this week in the salon ☀️ some gorgeous wee cuties through in the last few days . Things are running a little slower in this heat so please bear with us , we will return all calls and answer all messages it’s just taking a little longer , grooms may also take a little longer so please bear that in mind and try not to walk your dogs to us in the hut weather as they also have to stand under driers and in salon heat for 90 mins or so . …and on that note it’s only 5 months to Christmas 🎄 grooms so please plan ahead , ho ho ho

‼️🚨There is a seagull chick on the ground right outside the shop at k9 actives door . The mama and her gang of vigilantes are very protective so worth printing an umbrella and /or parking right at the door .
