Just a quick update for everyone.

After realising that I am suffering from concussion following my recent head injury, I need to take the advice I've been given and allow myself some proper time to rest and recover.

Because of this, the yard will be closed from now until after my holiday, and we will resume as normal on 24th June.
I am so sorry for any inconvenience this causes and know it may affect some of you. I really appreciate your understanding and support. I will be in touch with everyone individually over the next few days.

For now, I need to take it easy and get some much-needed rest. Thank you all for your patience and kindness—it means a lot.

I hope you all have a lovely few weeks, and I look forward to seeing everyone when I return on 24th June.❤️

What a lovely day we've had at the yard today!

Despite the forecast threatening rain all day, it stayed dry and we were able to make the most of it.

The children had a great time riding, with some enjoying sessions in the arena and others heading out on a hack. We also had a farrier visit and a couple of one-to-one lessons, keeping everyone busy.

Best of all, there were lots of happy faces and happy ponies all day long. Days like these remind us how lucky we are to do what we do! 🐴☀️😊

What a lovely week it’s been at the yard.

We’ve had the farrier, lessons, adult hacks, jumping sessions and arena hires, so it’s certainly been a busy and full-on week.
I can’t quite believe it’s June tomorrow .

The yard is on this week, tomorrow kids club.
And with the last day of the current period being Sunday, 7th June.
Thank you to everyone who has helped make it such a positive and productive week. We’re looking forward to another great week ahead 🐴

Good morning everyone! What absolutely glorious weather we’ve been having ☀️ It’s just been great.

What a lovely weekend it has been — very busy, but the ponies and the children have been enjoying spending time in the sun together.

Dates available for the next two weeks are:
☆Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday evenings as normal
☆Sunday 30th May
☆Monday 1st June
☆Sunday 7th June
Yard sessions will then commence back as normal from 24th June.

Good morning everyone ☀️

Just a friendly reminder that tomorrow, Saturday the 23rd, will be the final Saturday session before I return on Saturday the 27th of June. I’ll be away for part of June, alongside a few other commitments over the coming weeks, so availability will be a little more limited .

At the moment, Saturday the 1st is still available for children for kids club, so im looking forwardto that.

I may also be able to offer a space on a Sunday over the next few weeks,limited spaces and first come first serve.

Other days will still resume as normal, spaces for 121s - but during school times only.

Yard will be closed Tuesday 9th- Tues 23rd June.

Thank you so much for your patience, kindness, and continued understanding. Your support is always very much appreciated, both by myself and the horses.

Great evening with my Wednesday night club tonight.

All the children were fantastic. We had a big group lesson learning all the ins and outs of in-hand walk, trot and canter over poles, finishing with a small jump.

The kids all had so much energy and the ponies thoroughly enjoyed themselves too — they were getting quite excited! It was such good fun to watch and a lovely atmosphere all round.🤗😎☀️

A really good evening, and I’m very glad the rain stayed off.

Good morning everyone ☀️

Just a quick update regarding the yard schedule over the Bank Holiday weekend.

The yard will be closed on Saturday, May 30th, but as it’s a Bank Holiday weekend, Sunday 31st will be open as normal and
I’ll be opening and running the yard on Monday, June 1st instead to make up for the missed day.

Everyone is very welcome for kids club, from 9.30-4pm.

The ponies will no doubt enjoy the extra fuss and attention, and it should make for a relaxed , fun and enjoyable day at the yard for everyone.

What a lovely weekend it’s been here at the yard🤗🐴

We’ve had lessons, hacks, kids club fun, and lots of smiling faces all round. It’s been great seeing everyone enjoying themselves and making the most of the horses and the nicer weather.

The horses have all been absolutely fab this week too — they’re working really well in the arena, looking happy, and progressing nicely. I’m really pleased with how they’re all going at the moment, and it’s lovely to see riders gaining confidence and enjoying their sessions.

Just a few reminders and dates for everyone to keep note of:

• Saturday 30th – Yard closed• Sunday 1st June – Kids Club open as usual• Saturday 6th – Yard closed• Sundays will continue as normal• 8th–23rd June – Yard closed

For monthly payment customers, I’ll message you individually regarding June payments and arrangements during the closure period.

Thank you all as always for your support, help, and for making the yard such a lovely atmosphere for both the horses and riders. 😊

Thorn 🐴💚
We had the pleasure of welcoming him for 5 weeks of schooling.
After travelling more than 3hours to come to us, it was wonderful to see him again — especially as I still remember him as a 3yr old.

Thorn was fantastic throughout his time at yard. We worked on jumping, cantering over fences, building stamina, and most importantly, teaching him to enjoy work.

Hes been an absolute pleasure to have, and all the girls thoroughly enjoyed riding and spending time with him.

Looking forward to hearing all about his adventures now he's back home.

I'm sure we’ll see Thorn again soon 🤗🐴
