🐾 Important Customer Update
As many of you know I live with the medical condition MS and need to manage fatigue, particularly as dog grooming is a very physical job. Recently I’ve realised that I need to pay more attention to managing my health so I can continue doing the job I love for as long as I can.
I’m therefore reviewing my schedule and will be sticking strictly to my working hours. I may need to adjust some appointments and I will contact anyone affected individually.
⸻
📅 Working Hours & Appointments
• Working days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• First appointment: 8:00am
• Last dog accepted: 1:00pm
Once my day is full, I’m unable to squeeze in additional dogs. This ensures every dog receives the time and care they deserve while also allowing me to manage my health.
Tip: To avoid disappointment, plan appointments in advance. Some clients already have bookings through to December (you know who you are — I love how organised you are 😂).
Regular clients who maintain a consistent grooming schedule will always be prioritised in the diary.
⸻
⏰ Arrival & Pick-Up Times
• If you are late by 15 minutes or more, the appointment will unfortunately need to be cancelled.
• Late cancellations/no-shows will incur fees, as missed appointments impact my small business.
• Pick-up times can vary depending on the needs of your dog. Please keep your phone close and always arrange to collect no later than agreed at drop-off. Late pick-ups delay my remaining clients for the rest of that day.

I will also be sending this update via SMS and DM to ensure everyone is aware.
Thank you all for your continued understanding and support. It really means a lot that you trust me with your furry family members and support my wee business. 💛
