Scooby had a fantastic walk today! 🐾

Today’s walk focused on navigating everyday environments and practising good manners out and about. Scooby did brilliantly passing distractions such as diggers, busy roads, and other environmental noises while staying calm and relaxed. We also passed several dogs, and he showed no reaction at all – a huge achievement! 👏

We practised sitting nicely at roads before crossing and continued working on loose lead walking throughout the walk. Scooby made some excellent choices and was a pleasure to be out with. It’s great to see his confidence and progress growing with every outing. Well done, Scooby! 🐶⭐🧡

Arlo’s walk and train session today focused on building confidence and engagement while out and about. 🐾

We worked on loose lead walking and heel work, helping Arlo stay connected and focused while exploring his surroundings. To help him become more comfortable with everyday noises, we used bins to create controlled distraction sounds, rewarding him for staying calm and showing no reaction. 👏

Arlo handled everything brilliantly and continued to make great progress throughout the session. It’s fantastic to see his confidence growing with each walk and training outing. Well done, Arlo! 🐶⭐

Hamish enjoyed a lovely walk along the old railway track in Newtyle today! 🐾

We spent time exploring all the sights and smells while continuing to work on his recall using the flexi lead. Hamish was engaged, responsive, and enjoying every minute of his adventure. We also passed the ponies along the route, which he handled brilliantly, staying calm and focused.

A fantastic walk with plenty of enrichment, training, and fun along the way. Well done, Hamish! 🧡🐶

A little update and an apology 🧡

I’m really sorry to anyone whose services I’ve had to cancel/reschedule this morning. What we initially thought was a minor issue within Simba’s private area turned out to be something totally different that needed veterinary attention sooner than expected 🐾

Simba’s currently rocking the latest accessory: a toe abscess 🐾😭 Vet visits, meds, and lots of extra cuddles for this brave little bean. Wishing for speedy healing and fewer dramatic limps.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and kindness while I’ve been dealing with this. Simba is now getting the care he needs, and I’m doing my best to get everything back on track as quickly as possible. Your support genuinely means a lot 🫶

🐾 Hank’s Walk 🐾

Today we had the pleasure of helping out the lovely Hank while he continues his recovery from TPLO surgery. As part of his rehabilitation, we kept things nice and gentle with a short 15-minute stroll, allowing him plenty of time for sniffing and exploring at his own pace.

Hank was an absolute superstar, taking everything in his stride and enjoying all the sights and smells along the way. Recovery can be a slow process, but he’s doing brilliantly and was such a good boy throughout his walk. 💜🧡

A big shout-out to Hank’s wonderful parents at Tranquil Paws Dog Grooming for trusting us to help care for him while he gets back on his paws. If you’re looking for professional, caring grooming services, be sure to check them out!

Well done, Hank! Keep up the great work! 🐾✨

Tonight’s task, making Simba a fresh batch of bone broth! 🧡

Bone broth can be a fantastic natural addition to your dog’s diet 🐾

Packed with collagen, gelatin, glucosamine, and chondroitin, it can help support healthy joints and mobility, especially for older dogs or active pups. The gelatin also helps support gut health and digestion, making it great for dogs with sensitive tummies or those recovering from illness.

Bone broth is also brilliant for hydration, encouraging dogs to drink more fluids, and many picky eaters love it poured over their food. On top of that, it’s full of nutrients and amino acids that can help support healthy skin, coat, and immune function.

A simple, nourishing boost for your dog’s wellbeing 🧡🐾
