To all our lovely clients 🐾

It’s Kirstin here, and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who has kindly rescheduled during this difficult time following the sudden loss of my father-in-law.

It has been an incredibly challenging few weeks, balancing work while travelling back and forth to Wales to support my husband and his family.

I am so grateful for everyone’s understanding, patience, and support. Your kindness has meant more than you’ll ever know, and I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

At Pooch Perfect, we understand that life happens and plans can change. To keep things running smoothly for all our lovely clients and pups, we kindly ask for the following:

✨ 48 Hours Notice
We require at least 48 hours notice, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

💸 Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled 24 hours notice will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the groom cost.

❌ No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the groom cost being charged.

We truly value your time and support, and this policy helps us continue to provide the best service possible to all our furry clients 🐶💕

February, the month of love, may be over… but we do have heartbreaking news 💔

Due to the continued rise in living costs, we’ll be increasing our grooming prices slightly. This hasn’t been an easy decision for us here at Pooch Perfect but it’s necessary to allow us to continue providing the same high quality care, time and attention your pups deserve.

The price increase will take effect from Monday 9th March, with an additional £2 added to each full groom.

Bath & deshed services will remain the same price.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support, it means the world to our small business 🐶🤍
