This will be my last post as Myreside has now officially been sold.. I would just like to thank so many people for their custom since the beginning of Covid and over the years. and it’s a heartfelt thank you to everyone.. I will close down this website and pass you over to a really lovely couple who will create an even better “Dog” related business/kennels so many opportunities..
Wishing Zoe and Steve a huge welcome to East Lothian with their baby boy.. I hope you love Myreside as much as I have for the last 24 years..😳😳😳😁 Wishing you and your family sincere best wishes…

Myreside are still renting out the Field and Woodland for sole use by the hour. It is £13 for up to 3 dogs, and an additional £1 for anymore.
Today it is like a Winter Wonderland. See some photos of both areas...
Only 2 people and children under 12 are allowed to meet outside currently as per government legislation.

It is with great sadness, and believe you me, it was the hardest decision to make, but Myreside Boarding Kennels have now closed its doors to boarders. But, moving forward I am renting out the field and woodland by the hour. This is ideal for reactive dogs, training puppies, ring craft training, agility training and disabled clients who require to get wheelchair access into the field, and anyone who wants peace and quiet whilst walking their dog/dogs. This pandemic may continue well into next year and beyond. If you wish to self isolate this is completely contactless and sanitisers are available at every gate. The woodland is very popular because of the 8 foot high secure fencing and the field is ideal for most dogs if they are not inclined to jump fences. As many of you will know I am going to be introducing a new service. It is renting a secure field and/or woodland. It will be contactless and rented out by the hour so punctuality is KEY.. the cost of this new service is £13 for up to 3 dogs (flat rate price)and an additional £1 per extra dog from the same household and 1 other person..
the Woodland has 8 foot high chain link fencing and the field is approx 5.5 foot high.. if your dog is a jumper the woodland is the safe option.. This service (hopefully can be tailored to suit) but please don’t take advantage as many of my clients want a calm environment and free from lots of people due to the current Corona Virus.. please email me on:

I’ve found some photos of both our field and woodland area.. The woodland area is surrounded by 8 foot chain link and is very secure our field has lower fencing and has been safe for over 13 years but if your dog is a jumper then the woodland is the safest option. It will be contactless given this awful pandemic. I’m still considering pricing etc.. Once I have more information I will post on this page.. in the meantime.. please email me at:

I’m looking at options and MAY possibly be renting out a field/woodland by the hour/2 hours to clients who cannot walk off lead in other environments.. You would have the sole use of the facilities including some agility equipment and freshly mown grass. I have no pricing in place as I’m only testing the water at the moment to see if this is something people may want moving forward with this current COVID pandemic.. it will be contactless and there are toilet facilities for those using this facility.. if you could email me if this is of interest to you at:

Being totally selfish, this week is dedicated to Phoebes new sister.. when your dog loses a big brother or sister it is traumatic for your dog/dogs and myself which was devestating. I’m moving onto a new chapter with miss Keisha with attitude!!!!🐾😂😂😂 Hope you enjoy..😂😂😂😁👍🐾🐶🐶🐶 You can never replace a dog but can cherish another furbaby..🥰🥰🥰🥰

Some pretty awful weather, although there have been a couple of beautiful days but chilly... the furbabies don’t mind the weather and they are as snug as a bug at night with the underfloor heating... ☺️☺️😊😊🤗🤗
