Polite Reminder

With the school holidays unfortunately upon us please can I remind everybody that I have no free appointments until September. I have no room to move or reschedule your appointment.

Please know when your appointment is as "no shows" and appointments cancelled with less that 48 hrs require to be paid for in FULL before i will rebook you. If you dont turn up or cancel with short notice I dont get paid and I'm sure you wouldn't be happy if that happened to you!

Just got back from holiday this morning so i will hopefully have managed to reply to all of your messages by the end of the week.

I have no free appointments before the end of August, so please, if you have an appointment you can no longer make let me know so that i can offer it to someone else.

The majority of you have now block booked until the end of the year. This is advisable to avoid disappointment as i now only work part time so appointments are even more limited.

Customer Notice- Please Read

Unfortunately I have made a spectacular job of smashing my phone and as a result none of the information on it is retrievable.🙈 I am presently using a very old "burner" phone!!
I should be switched over to my new provider at some point tomorrow. As usual, I am fully booked all week so it may take me a while to get up and running again.

If you need to contact me please either do ot today or wait until later in the week when I will hopefully have the show back on the road🤞

My number will not be changing.

Customer Notice - Please Read

Spring has sprung and I have spent the weekend deep cleaning and giving the salon a glow up with some new dryers and a nice fresh lick of paint👌

I would like to take this opportunity to remind everybody of some housekeeping rules.

Please respect me and my business by being here on time for both drop off and pick up. Appointment times matter.

As the salon is situated in a residential area, and on a main thoroughfare to and from schools and the town, please do not block the footpath or any of my neighbours driveways.

Customers who are late, fail to attend or cancel with less than 48 hours notice will be required to pay for their missed appointment in full before I will book you another appointment.

All grooms must be paid for on the day of your appointment. I do not run a credit system.

Please take your dog for a walk before your appointment. I am not here to clean up after your dog.

I only have a couple of appointments left before the end of June so please book soon to avoid disappointment.
Appointments are only available for regular customers.

Many people are unaware of the unintentional damage they are causing to their dogs by using a ball launcher. If you own one put it where it belongs....in the bin!!

Merry Christmas Everyone!

That's a wrap for this year!. I will now be taking some much needed time off to spend with my nearest
