Those of you looking for a groomer Regan still has some spaces.
Please do try to get booked in somewhere else. I appreciate some people wanting to wait but your dogs comfort is my priority. Waiting does put your dog at risk of matting and could make their next grooming visit more stressful if they have gone 4-6 weeks over schedule. More hair = longer drying time and more tugs to be brushed out or in some cases shaved down

Hi everyone, below I have attached a calendar with my remaining availability for the month of December. As you can see I am getting very busy and have only a handful of appointments left on certain days. So if you are yet to book in please have a look at the remaining dates and message me with when you would like to come in. I’m very grateful for you all keeping me so busy.
With saying that, I have also in the last few weeks unfortunately had an increasing amount of no show appointments! This is incredibly frustrating, as with it being the busiest time of the year I am now turning away potential new clients as I simply don’t have lots of space left.
I completely understand it is also the busiest time of the year for all of you too and mistakes happen, I make them myself as some of you know and I’m learning about running a business everyday!
However, no showing an appointment with no message or explanation leaves me stuck with valuable appointment slots. Where I am losing out on earnings and time that I could have offered to someone else and their dog.
❗️A reminder that if you do not show up to an appointment with no cancellation or notice, 50% of the Full Groom appointment price must be paid before another appointment can be booked. ❗️
I really hate writing this as so many of you are great with giving me notice on cancellations, and being patient with my mistakes or rescheduling, which I really am grateful for! However this is also my way of income.
I will try my best to message a reminder to everyone on the days leading up to your appointment. Sometimes it is harder as I get busier, with the higher volume of customers coming in and longer days etc.
If you ever need to confirm your appointment date at anytime PLEASE message me and I will get back to you as soon as I can with all the info.
