The gorgeous Pi (male) and Ruby (female) from Gretel's litter are hoping find their forever homes. Unfortunately due to personal reasons their new owners have had to cancel collecting them, they are 8 weeks and ready to go.

This year is the Chinese year of the Dragon which has inspired the theme for our next litter. Chica - Diamondridge Dream Catch Me JW is in whelp to Crufts CC winner Remus - Ch. Jimanns Ace of Spades. Looking forward to puppies next month. Remus is the Sire of Diamondridge Dreadnought who was the halfway leader in the Puppy Hound Group. Thank you to Ally Muir and

Just an observation. I picked up
'The Judges Education Programme' booklet from the Kennel Club Stand at Manchester and was reading through it when I noticed that every single photo on the leaflet included a man handling. As 80%, if not more exhibitors are women it struck me as very odd. I also note that most of the photos came from the Crufts Group winners I will leave you to draw your own conclusions from that observation.

We had a smashing day at Worcester & Malvern yesterday winning BOB under breed Judge Aibing Zhao and Hound Group Three under Leila Tarabad with Uma - Diamondridge Kazembe Golden Age. Congratulations to Tracey Doughty for winning Best Puppy and Puppy Hound Group 1 with Rubiltra Gunna be Devine. It was a lovely quality entry and it is nice to see some lovely youngsters coming up.

We are extremely excited to announce the birth of Gretel and Remus’s babies. She had 14, but sadly one was born very late and had already gone across the rainbow bridge. 6 boys, 7 girls, 4 being liver with 9 correct ridges and no sinus.
Gretel is an amazing first time mummy feeding all 13, she’s really settled into motherhood we’re all super proud of her.

It has been a very busy few weeks. At Windsor (Uma) Diamondridge Kazembe Golden Age handled by Kelly Barnes won 1st Yearling Bitch & Post Graduate Bitch under judge Ben Reynolds Frost. The following show at East of England she won 1st Junior Bitch & Graduate under judge Anne Nicholl, this time Uma was run by Megan Catherall, thank you Megan for helping. I was so pleased to see that her dam (Isla) Diamondridge Distant Beat of Kazembe went Best Veteran. Isla has been shown very little since she was a Junior. Below is a lovely photo that I treasure of Isla with her Siblings when they were 5 months old and one taken at East of England with her Isla and Uma's older brother (Ezra) Kazembe Crescendo whose who won RDCC. Uma and Ezra are both sired by our Diamondridge Di Caprio.
I couldn't make it to Hound Show or Evesham this weekend as I was looking after puppies born to (Gretel) Diamondridge Sweet Delight and Remus Jinmanns Ace of Spades.

We are extemely pleased to announce that Diamondridge Sweet Delight AKA Gretel has now been confirmed as being pregnant with puppies from Remus. Puppies are due around the 15th July and they will be due to go to their new homes around 9th September. Both parents fully health tested.

Barnes' - Diamondridge Kazembe Golden Age. In a quality class this girl drew my eye for her lovely outline. Ratios are spot on. She has a well balanced head, good reach of neck, correct slope to shoulders and a good length to upper arm. She is well b***d to ground, firm in pastern and has excellent feet. Her hindquarters are shapely and well muscled. She has a ground covering stride and tracks up well. In the puppy challenge I thought she had more freedom in movement and I was delighted to award her Best Puppy in Breed. I think she has a bright future
