Boarding is available within our purpose built lodge, this is ideal for rabbits and guinea pigs who are used to living outside. Our available hutches with the lodge are a 6ftx2ft double, with an attached pen of 6ft X 3ft this is mainly used for a pair of rabbits, 6ftx2ft single, for a single rabbit or three guinea pigs, 4.5ftx2.5ft for single or pairs of guinea pigs. Carrots Cottage is a 9ft x 6ft
walk in aviary, with a 5ftx2ft double housed inside, this is available for rabbits, we also have a smaller blossom hutch, which are both within our secure garden. In the warmer months the lodge can be used for indoor guinea pigs, as the lodge is still a comfortable temperature. Some guinea pig hutches can be individually heated, along with the lodge if needed, which also makes the lodge suitable during the colder months, for indoor guinea pigs. We can also accommodate a maximum of two bonded or one indoor rabbit using a 1 meter high pen, with a floor space of just over 42 square foot. Indoor guinea pigs, are housed in c&c style cages. Space is limited for both, booking early is recommended. Hamsters can be accommodated in their own cage, please advise on booking the size of their cage, to allow adequate safe space. As part of our booking process we ask what substrate, hay and fresh food your pet is used to, we aim to make their stay as much like home as possible. This is all included as part of the price per day
All rabbits boarding must be up to date with their vaccinations, proof of this is required prior to boarding. Outdoor runs are provided for guinea pigs, in adverse weather indoor runs either in the lodge or inside will be provided. Prices start from £4.50 guinea pigs, £5.50 rabbits and £1.50 hamsters there's are charged per day, regardless of the time they arrive/depart. Home Visits are also available, if you'd prefer your pet to stay in the comfort of their own home, whilst your away on holiday or out at work. All pets are considered for this, with prices starting from £6.00 per visit, within a 3 mile radius of my home. Over this distance will incur an extra charge of 50p per mile. All services can be tailored to you and your pets needs.
