A rather delayed message to you all but I hope you had a lovely Christmas!! Happy New Year! Let’s hope 2026 is a good one! A special thank you and a very big one to all those lovely people who come to the dog park and look after it. I know many of you pick up others and as well as your own dogs pooh and I massively appreciate it so thank you. Also a huge thank you and love to the kind person(s) who have left some beautiful flowers at the gate over Christmas - a very kind gesture ###x

The toy box is back by popular demand! Please be respectful of others and put balls etc back in the box when you have finished in the field, not everyone likes their dogs playing with other peoples toys. Thank you 😊

Afternoon. Just a quick one to say at last we have been able to get into the dog park and mow, fill some holes and roll it. Please could I just ask that you do try and stop your dogs digging if possible - appreciate this can be difficult. Some of the holes were certainly collapsed mole hills but some were dog made! Could I also say a big, big thank you to those that do pick up after their dog - I am also aware that some also pick up after others which is going above and beyond but very much appreciated. Please, please, please pick up after your dog and save others having to do it for you!

Silver bracelet lost on Sunday possibly in the dog park. Please keep an eye out for it. It’s quite Chucky with a heart on it and is very much loved so please, please, please keep an eye out for it and let me know if you find it. Thank you 🙏

Morning. Temporary screening is back up around the dog park. It will probably blow down again this weekend 🤦‍♀️ but we are planning on something better going forward. To the gentleman who asked if we could screen the neighbours garden - yes we will, just need to get some more netting 👍

Evening! Apologies for not sorting the screening around the dog park out yet after last weeks storm damage. It is on our list of jobs this week and will be repaired and hopefully a little bit more secure than before. In the meantime if anyone has issues without the screening please just give me a call. I’ll
post on here when it’s fully repaired 👍

Morning! I have gathered up a lot of lost dog balls in the field - I’ve got them all so if anyone is looking for one please just call and I’ll hopefully be able to return it to you! Fingers crossed for a 🌞 weekend 😊

Evening. I’m sorry to write again but please, please, please can you pick up your dogs pooh. I’ve had a complaint this evening and it’s not very nice. I’m addition I have been informed that there has been a lot of toys left lying about in the field. I did pick up 4 balls last night. I think it would be better if you all bought your own dog toys with you. I understand sometimes balls and toys get lost and I am more than happy to collect and hold onto them until you can pick them
back up. A lady has complained to say that some of the tennis balls are dangerous and poor quality and as such I’m sorry to say that from now on I would like you to bring your own toys and then you are all responsible for them. If you find yourselves here and you’ve forgotten a ball or similar I’m sure I can find you one.

Sorry to moan again. On a positive note though the field is drying up nicely and we no longer have a pond in the middle (some dogs may be disappointed about this!!😂) If you have any questions or queries about any of the above please just drop me a message .
