I unfortunately have sustained an injury and have had to put myself on box rest for a few weeks. I'm hoping to return to work in two weeks (week commencing March 16) but will keep those waiting for an appointment/need rescheduled updated!

This is a great explanation as to why the free walk is so important to remember when riding. It's easy to think that your horse must "think work" immediately when you get on, but a lot of the time this leads to a decrease in range of motion in the horse's limbs and body, leading to increased overall tension. Remember to include a good free walk in your daily rides!
