I currently have 1 or 2 (difficult to let them go 🤣) adult males, Java locale, brown form, looking for a new postcode as I'm male heavy.

Healthy, established, and with me for 18+ months, so fully acclimatised and doing well.

Nice little Christmas present, arrived Christmas eve 😍🥚 Second clutch from the previous mating. Oligodon purpurascens, Brown Kukri snake, Java locale - brown form.

CB25 Oligodon purpurascens! From brown form, Java locale parents.

Unfortunately this clutch was not the best of hatch rates, starting with 10 eggs, only 7 were viable. 2 stopped developing close to the end and 1 exhausted itself overnight trying to get out of the egg. Some lessons learnt.

Incubated at 27.8°c, for approx. 74 days.
