A specialist canine hydrotherapy centre located on the A49 just 4 miles south of Shrewsbury. We are committed to providing a caring and compassionate service and will always treat your dog as if they were our own. Our hydrotherapy pool is 6m x 3m x 1.2m (20ft x

10ft x 4ft deep), heated to 28-30 centigrade, and is sanitised using bromine, with water quality checked throughout the day to ensure Canine Hydrotherapy Association standards are maintained. Hydrotherapy is very beneficial for treating dogs with health and mobility problems and has been proven as a valuable aid to recovery following surgery, as well as building and toning muscle in show and agility dogs. It can also assist with controlling canine obesity. You and your dog will be given a personal consultation to assess individual needs and a programme of hydrotherapy will be tailored to suit these. Your dog will be fitted with a buoyancy aid and led into the water accompanied by the hydrotherapist. Your dog will be rinsed off after the session and dried with either a towel or blow drier. We will always give regular feedback to your vet on your dog’s progress. We also provide a full dog grooming service, ranging from bathe/dry to full groom, clipping, hand-stripping, de-matting, nail clipping, and ear cleaning.

Try to do your bit for the planet but have a serious failure!! LPG tank, full of gas, worth £1k. Can’t be drawn off so has to be burned off via flare over 5 days! What a nightmare!!! Gutted on so very many levels 😢

As a sole trader, it is extremely rare for me to get the opportunity to capture any hydro clients ‘in action’, simply because I am concentrating on getting the best out of the dog during the session. However, with help from an amazing work experience student, this was his first time in the pool and he certainly did extremely well! Adore my job!! 15 years in my current location. Fully qualified and every day is awesome!!
