Dogs don't vocalise chronic pain, they show it in their behaviour! Reluctance to jump, go for walks, play, unable to stretch, scratch or clean their bottoms. Get it checked out sooner rather than later!

Dogs should be able to move in the transverse plane (when the body twists) like little Mia is showing in the video. Transverse plane movements are usually the first thing to go when a dog is compromised, for example, a male dog that used to be able to c**k his leg to wee may stand to wee instead. Optimise your dog's mobility and movement by looking after their musculoskeletal system throughout their life

Once your dog has completely healed from surgery, book in a 1-2-1 Canine Conditioning Foundation Course to rehabilitate your dog's core strength. Its an 8 week course, your dog will be thoroughly assessed by myself before commencing to make sure your dog is healthy and comfortable first.

Comfy bed request! Having a large orthopedic bed that your dog can fully stretch out in is important! Having to curl up to fit in a bed isn't good for their posture, they need to be able to choose their position. My dogs love their K9 comfort beds, it was money well spent. K9 Beds
