Hi everyone!

Jess here, and today I'd like to show you our Emmi-Pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning service.
Keeping your dog's teeth clean is far more important than many people realise. Good dental hygiene plays a huge role in helping your dog stay happy, healthy, and enjoy a longer life.

As you can see, we start by brushing the teeth, holding the brush against each tooth for a few seconds at a time. Unlike traditional toothbrushes, the Emmi-Pet brush is completely silent and vibration-free, making it a much more comfortable and relaxing experience for your dog.

The ultrasonic technology works deep below the surface, helping to soften plaque and bacteria. This allows us to gently remove much of the build-up from the teeth while always being mindful of how your dog is feeling throughout the process.

Teddy didn't have the easiest start in life and has a bit of a traumatic past, but he is now in the safest, most loving hands with his wonderful paw-rents. 🥹🏡

Teddy visited the salon for a gentle introduction session, which included a light brush-out, a soft trim, a paw pad tidy, and a nail clip. When working with rescue dogs who carry a lot of anxiety, keeping sessions short, sweet, and completely stress-free is the secret to success. It allows us to build a genuine bond with them and slowly ease them into the grooming process at their own pace! 🧭🐾

Handstripping is a traditional, specialized grooming technique that is completely pain-free. By gently removing the dead outer coat by hand rather than using clippers, we preserve the natural texture, rich color, and weather-resistant qualities of his wire coat. It takes a little extra time and craftsmanship, but results like this speak for themselves! 😍✨
