Olympic Games, our top-class equestrian centre offers superb facilities,
a welcoming atmosphere with efficient, friendly and experienced staff and a range of well-schooled horses and ponies that will enable you to realise your true potential. Facillities include Indoor Arena, 62m x 26.5m,
an Olympic Size Outdoor Arena, 65

m x 65m; Cross country course,
viewing gallery, show office, 2 classrooms and computer suite. We are a friendly, approachable yard with a very positive attitude to attainment
and achievement. We can help you train towards many qualifications as we are an NVQ training
provider and BHS 'Where to Train' centre for all exams up to BHSI. We also run Further Education courses

We are a competition centre for British Dressage and British Showjumping and
we run as well Unaffiliated Dressage and Show jumping every month. We look forward to welcoming you to the centre and provide a unique

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Easter Fun Show today! 😄🐴 It was fantastic to see such a big turnout, even on a grotty day! ☔️ Well done to you all 👏
A massive thank you to our wonderful judges and stewards for kindly volunteering their time to make the event possible.

🐴 Kingston Maurward BE Horse Trials – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🐴

We are looking for volunteers to help out at our BE event over the weekend of 28 & 29 June. A wide range of roles are available, including: XC fence judging, dressage writing, stewarding (dressage & show jumping), scoring, and helping in the XC control box.

The support of volunteers is crucial in running an event of this scale and any help you may be able to offer will be hugely appreciated. We will make sure you are well looked after, with free refreshments throughout the day, and you’ll get a front row seat for all the action! 🐎

We are seeking a highly experienced equestrian to join our busy yard at Manor Stables as an Assistant Yard Supervisor. The position is 4 days a week and responsibilities will include assisting with the day-to-day running of the yard, maintaining the fitness of horses and ponies, and supervising and instructing students in practical tasks.

There is still time to enter our Unaffiliated Show Jumping this weekend (Sun 6 April). Entries are open until midnight tonight, online via Equo Events. Classes from 50cm up to 1.00m. Each class is split into horse and pony sections. Classes will be run in the indoor arena, warm-up outdoors.

🌟🐴 KINGSTON MAURWARD BE 2025 🐴🌟

With three months to go before our British Eventing Horse Trials here at Kingston Maurward (28 & 29 June), we thought we’d take a look back and share some memories from last year. What an amazing weekend we had! Preparation is well underway for this year’s event and we are planning for bigger and even better!

Work on developing the cross-country course to incorporate our new Novice classes is starting very soon and we will keep you posted with event updates over the coming months. Who's excited!! 🙋‍♀️

Pre-entries are open until midnight on Wednesday 16 April, at £7 per class. We will be accepting entries on the day, at £9 per class, for classes that are not already full (we would recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment!).

After the great success our of inaugural British Eventing Horse Trials in June 2024, we cannot wait to welcome you back to Kingston Maurward this summer! As well as 80s, 90s, & 100s, we are thrilled to be introducing Novice classes to this year's schedule!

Looking for full livery for a third of the price? Why not consider Working Livery at Kingston Maurward!

We are seeking horses of approximately 15hh – 16.2hh (a variety of shapes and sizes considered!) to educate our students within the college environment during term-time.
🐴Established in all 3 paces on the flat, able to jump a course of 80-100, and do some lateral work
🐴Additional skillset a bonus – lunge, long rein etc.
🐴Daily overnight turnout in small herds
🐴Horses must be happy to be handled on the ground – good to plait, clip, trim, bandage, bath etc.
🐴We welcome a variety of characters and are open to horses who excel in one discipline but not another
🐴Lovely supportive yard with health and happiness of horses as core value. High standards of care and horses treated as individuals. We love them like they are our own!
🐴Fabulous facilities including indoor arena, outdoor arena, and solarium. Discounted entry fees for Kingston Maurward events
🐴Easy access to a variety of scenic hacking routes
🐴£55 per week for full care of your horse, 24/7, 365 days of the year. Price includes feed, forage, and bedding. We will also arrange all appointments so you don’t have to!

Thank you to everyone who attended our evening with William Fox-Pitt last night! Hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did 😊🐴

William gave a wonderful insight into his introduction to horses and the highs and lows that followed. He told of the horses who built and shaped his career from a young lad and how grateful he was to each one for their individuality. He explained how he moulded ordinary horses into gold winning stars, by working on their strengths, and how adaptable he had to be with his own riding to produce horse after horse to 5-star level. He entertained with funny stories of finding horses, by earwigging on conversations at a local party, and having the confidence to approach people to buy horses. He remembered how pleased he was to get his first sponsorship deal with Hackett and how he managed to keep his main sponsors, including Jeep, happy for many years with the added bonus of never having to buy a car! His strength and reliance to come back to Olympic level eventing after a life-threatening injury was totally courageous and inspiring and goes to show his passion for the sport. We hope he will be come back to KMC at the end of June to ride in our BE event, which he assured us he would consider!
