Happy New Year! I hope you all had a peaceful Christmas. Thank you for my cards, tips and presents all were very much appreciated.
Unfortunately my son and I came down with what can only be described as flu over Christmas. We are recovering but it really wiped us out. I hope none of you have suffered similar, I know there is so much of it about. I will be getting on top of appointments over the next few days and returning to work Tuesday. We have moved! We are now in our new home 🏡 Harry is loving his walks by the river the perfect place to cool down in this heat. New salon is under construction and we will hopefully be back to work Monday 12th August🤞.
I will be organising my diary next week to ensure I’m up to date with all appointments. It’s been a very busy time apologies if I haven’t replied to texts or forwarded new dates. All of this will be done next week. Thank you for all the support and well wishes. New address: 12 Church Lane, Charminster DT2 9QR. Can’t wait to see you all and start back in a brand new salon ! 🐾

Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce our new pup Harry ! I have been extremely fortunate to be gifted beautiful Harry by one of my lovely customers. We picked him up before Christmas where we all had a week off to settle him in. He’s such a loving, well behaved boy and we all feel very blessed. He’s been enjoying meeting all your dogs and is quite happy for them to come into the house. I’m looking forward to you all meeting him 💙🐾

My darling Lottie passed over the rainbow bridge last Thursday. Thirteen and a half years of pure joy. A love like no other. I’m heartbroken but so grateful to have had her for so long. She loved life right up to the end. I’m back at work tomorrow, it’s going to be emotional but I know you will all understand. ❤️💔

Important notice !!
Hi everyone, I am in the process of updating my website and as soon as it’s live I will share it here. There’s a modified logo and new business/appointment cards too very exciting. I will be including terms and conditions to the website which I will urge everyone to read. For the last eight years I have not implemented a no show / missed appointment fee. Due to being booked up and having people waiting for an appointment and turning new custom away I can no longer be so lax about it. All no shows and late cancellations within 24hrs of appointment time will be charged the full groom price. Im sure you understand how frustrating it is when people miss their appointment and I have people waiting for one. The loss of income is equally frustrating too.
