Does anyone want any pekin chicks to rear on?
I have nine lavender cuckoo pekin chicks hatched under broodys yesterday and overnight last night
They are now in my incubator and as such will need collecting today

They are all female
They are feeding on growers
They are not yet old enough to be added to a mature flock
I cannot reserve
First come first served basis
I do not let go single birds unless the situation is exceptional

Due to me having very limited time, I will be prioritising messages to those wanting to view/collect, over general enquiries

I'm so sorry🙏
I know I have alot of outstanding messages 😔
I came back from a break to sorting out the birds about a week or so ago, only to start hobbling about with a back injury
Which has slowed me down considerably
I now have my husband in hospital following a car crash
I don't usually post on my page anything but the chickens but I feel obliged to let you know that your messages are very appreciated and I'm so sorry for not answering
I do have pekins and silkies available, please bear with me..

I'm still on a summer break from actively selling, which is a full time job in itself

I have here three adult white silkie hens, hatched last year, that have been free ranging with a cockerel. One is currently in lay.

I have taken the time to fully bath, prepared and treated with ivermectin for someone who approached me and after offering these, said that they would like them
They subsequently have not been collected

Priced to sell all three together

Message from HQ

Hello all you beautiful silkie and pekin passionato's
I'm holidaying right now, in the sense that I'm devoting some of my day to other things in life aside from just the chickens. Although they still feature heavily and I'm now looking ahead and planning, organising, sorting for next year.
Plus taking the opportunity to replacing the sand in my pens whilst it's so dry, which is a mammoth job

I still have a couple of newish hatches that I'm rearing on but spares that are ready, I don't have in abundance

Keep eyes peeled, I will post on here what I have available, when I get the chance. It's been incredibly busy this year. It's probably easier that way

Enjoy this glorious summer, even if it's too hot for the poor bantams right now

Hey everyone 🔥HEATWAVE ALERT🔥
Just to say that due to the temperatures for the next couple of days or so, I shall not be on messenger
A large part of my day is on messenger and whilst it's so hot I have to be focused on all my birds and other animals to ensure they are all OK and not suffering the effects of heatstroke
