How does getting a puppy from us work?🐶🌟
Many of our litters will have waiting lists and deposits securing puppies prior to births, whether it be from returning happy clients or recommendations spread, sometimes booking up entire litters long before they’re ready to leave at 8 weeks. I’ll explain how the process works when you enquire about a future pending litter and how to reserve your next furry friend.
1) Registering your interest for a litter. Feel free to contact us directly with your requirements and we can inform you of any current or future litters due that can match what you are looking for to a suitable puppy.
2) Reserving a puppy. To reserve a puppy in a future litter due or in a current litter born, we take a £100 deposit to secure your sport. Deposits are on a first come first served basis, first deposit gets first choice in the litter, second deposit gets second choice in the litter, and so on. If you are for example 5th choice in a litter and the puppy isn’t quite what you are wanting (gender/colour/personality) we are then happy to roll on your reserved spot to allow you first choice in our next litter of that breed due.
3) Choosing a puppy. Once you’ve reserved your spot to choose in the litter you can make your specific choice of pup when the puppies reach 4-5 weeks old. While we appreciate you will likely have specific colour and gender in mind, as breeders it is very important to us that we match the right puppy to the right home environment based off of their personalities and not just their looks. By waiting until they reach this age, we can assess their suitability to the home you can provide as they start to show us some individuality and personality traits.
4) You’ve chosen your puppy, we are happy with the match and now it’s just a waiting game until you can get your furry friend home! Puppies are ready to leave from 8 weeks of age by this stage they will be fully weaned. All puppies come microchipped, vaccinated, vet health checked, with a puppy pack including their vaccination card, all parents breeding and health paperwork, a tub of food to last you 10+ days, our puppy guide and puppy contract.
