Carriage Driving For Our Community This project is available due to the support from the National Lottery and community grant scheme and Sport England.

We provide weekly tuition in carriage driving, carriage rides around our local area and opportuniites to compete at driving trials.

He is one of the most honest cobs that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I just adore his attitude to work.

I wanted to share this video to spread awareness of not putting human behaviours onto our equines. The first comment is usually that the horse is being naughty or trying to avoid doing what it’s been asked to do.
In my many year’s experience I’ve definitely NOT seen every equine behaviour, but I do know that changes in behaviours are usually down to a specific cause. It can be as simple as a change of routine or persons handling them. It’s so so easy to upset the equines digestive system, we have to have OCD levels of routines to keep them healthy.
As this person puts I couldn’t agree more and always seek professional advice

We are here at Arena Uk for Indoor Carriage Driving UK championships.

Raising awareness of nonvisible and visible disabilities and taking part in the inaugural running of the Drivers with Disabilities class. We are so excited to be supporting this class. Carriage Driving is one of a few truly inclusive sports to participate in.

In yesterday’s session we were training that in obstacles not to focus on the cones, to look for spaces to drive straight lines and circles.
To maintain an even tempo and rhythm so as not to accidentally trigger the ponies flight and fight. Sue did a fab job !!
