We have 2 grass liveries becoming available ( no stables). One is one of our largest paddocks at approximately 1 acre, with a field shelter, and the second is slightly smaller.
We would prefer a single livery with 2 horses if anyone is looking.
Facilities include a floodlit 20 x 40 school, grass jump paddock, secure tack room, individual storage pods, rug drying area, horse shower, toilet and kitchen.
You would also be first on the list for any stables that become available.

We have some rare vacancies for livery at Fountain Hill.
We have a 40 x 20 floodlit school, with a brand new surface and jump paddock. Each horse has an individual paddock with automatic drinker. Our tack room has individual pods, and is secure and alarmed at night. We have a separate feed room and storage room, plus rug drying area, toilet and kitchen.
The stables we have available are our smaller ones, so wouldn't suit a particularly large horse.

We have a 20 x 40 floodlit arena, with a brand new surface, and jump paddock, plus secure alarmed tack room, individual storage areas, horse shower, kitchen, toilet, and rug drying racks

A lovely morning at Fountain Hill.
We potentially have 2 grass liveries becoming available (no stables), both large paddocks, one with a field shelter, and access to all our faciities.
We have a 20 x 40 school, jump paddock, with show jumps and xc jumps. Alarmed tack room with individual pods, individual hay pods, kitchen, toilet, rug drying area, and secure lorry / trailer parking.

Our first floor office space is beginning to take shape, the roof is on, the brickwork has been lovingly restored, and the windows are in place.
The space consists of a beautiful Dovecote entranceway, and large central office space, plus a smaller office with separate access. Hopefully ready by spring xx
