🎄✨ Christmas Appointment Reminder ✨🎄

The festive season is my busiest time of year, and I want to make sure all my wonderful clients are ready for santa coming 🎁
A few friendly reminders to help everything run smoothly:

⏰ Please arrive on time for drop off and collection — even a few minutes late can cause delays for the next client.

📅 Double-check your appointment date and time — things can get hectic, and i don’t want you to miss your slot! Reminders will be sent the day before appointment.

💖 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me as much notice as possible so i can offer the spot to someone else as i have a waiting list.

💚 I'll do my best to keep everything merry, bright, and right on schedule!

🚨 Important Update on Our Cancellation Policy 🚨

I understand that life happens and plans can change. However, no-shows and last-minute cancellations greatly affect my schedule and prevent other clients from having an appointment.

🐾To be fair to everyone:
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged the service fee. To be paid before rebooking/scheduled appointment.
No-shows will also be charged the service fee. To be paid before rebooking/scheduled appointment.
Late drop off and collections may also be charged a late fee due to running into other clients time.

This policy ensures that my time is respected and allows me to continue serving all my amazing clients. Thank you for your understanding and support! 🐾💚

Price increase effective from 1st March 2025.

All dogs +£5

Nail clip appointment only
Small breed £10
Large breed £12

Matting fee £10
Late collection fee will apply after 15 minutes £5

First No show fee - £20 paid before rebooking.
Second no show fee - full price of groom paid before rebooking.

We are taking it slow and day by day, little Albie has been helping his big brother recover and helping him adapt to his new way of life 💚

Just a reminder as it is now the busy season that there will be a charge for no shows to appointments. For all new customers deposits will be taken at time of booking. December is a very busy time and appointments are much sought after.
