💸 Cash Only 💸
Unfortunately due to people not paying in time, from the new year I will be changing to a cash only business. Please before your appointment can you ensure that you visit a cash point, as payment must be made before or preferably as you collect your dog.
I will not be accepting later payments or transfers.

‼️No shows / cancellations within a 24 hour period ‼️
Not turning up to an appointment or cancelling within a 24 hour period will result in full payment of the groom before I am able to give you a new appointment.
Missed appointment fee will be accepted through bank transfer.

🦟 Fleas 🦟
Please can all owners thoroughly check their dogs for fleas before coming into the salon. Having a dog with fleas in the salon results in me having to use flea bombs and sprays to prevent contaminating to other dogs.
Because of this a £10/£20 fee will be added on a groom if fleas are present to cover the costs.

From January onwards I will be going down to 4 days a week, I’m thinking Monday - Thursday, but it also depends on what day suits most of my clients? If you could let me know 🤍

The reason being is that I signed up to do a course earlier this year and had planned on completing it but haven’t stuck to the 4 days to give myself the time!

Therefore if your dog is a regular client of mine, please give me a message so I can block book them for 2024 to ensure they have a slot, as I will only be working these 4 days🐩 ✂️

Both came in for their first puppy introduction to grooming 🧼
I cant express how important introducing your puppy to the grooming world is.

Question I get asked - “When can I start bringing my dog?” As soon as they’re fully vaccinated, the earlier the better!

Bella and Ned were so relaxed (look at the faces 🥹) learning that being groomed isn’t all that scary! Already cant wait to see them again 💖

❗️Missed appointments and cancellations ❗️

Within the space of 3 weeks I’ve had 4 clients not turning up for their appointments. I understand it’s easy to forget sometimes, and things can get in the way.
But this is causing me allot of loss in earnings.
I am also booked up until September, meaning plenty of dogs are waiting for their appointments.

Therefore just a reminder that all no shows and cancellations that are cancelled within less than 24 hour notice will require in full payment before I can book their next appointment.
