Good afternoon.

It's been 2 years since I've adjusted my prices, so on 1st march 2025 my prices will be increasing to cover the increased costs of running a farrier business.

During my recent tax return I've uncovered more outstanding debt than I had accounted for, including from people I didn't expect.

Allowing people to pay via Bacs is largely a trust based exercise but it may no longer be worthwhile.

I will be beginning a full audit of my accounts and chasing the outstanding balances which will now be billed at the new prices with no exceptions.

My business is shoeing horses not debt recovery.
When I get home I have a family and other things to take care of rather than trawling through my internet banking and sending awkward texts.
