Meet Posie, one of the 250 dogs rescued and taken care of by the RSPCA and The Dogs Trust early in 2026. The photograph of the dogs appeared in the national press and it was so incredible and shocking that many believed it to be an AI generated image.

Some specific cockapoos required extensive medical help. Posie and Rufus, who were rescued from the bottom of the piles of dogs in that room suffered major vision issues. Thanks to public fundraising via the RSPCA Eau Brink Rehoming Centre in Norfolk, they underwent successful cataract surgeries to restore their sight. Here she is enjoying her first off lead run around our paddock and is clearly loving it. It’s so good to know that Posie and the majority of the rescued dogs have now found loving homes. 🥰 #
