After “Big Van’s” holiday makeover by Double bubble car detailing, we’ve just finished getting our fancy pants new crate flooring and waterproof bedding in place in time for our pals joining us this week. The Boss did her quality checks this evening and has given the all clear for tomorrow 👏👏👏

Much excitement for Susie Doodle, Uncle Mike and me during our holidays - we had a visit from our old pals Cree & Sansa who were back in Culbokie for their own holidays 👏👏

We had ourselves a wee play date with their new housemates Max & Millie 🐶🐶.

The girlies were in great form and said to say hello to all their old pals 🐾🐾

💞🐾 🌈 Mr Banjo 🌈🐾💞

This post has been one of the hardest to put together and has taken a long time to complete. A couple of weeks ago we said our final goodbye to our biggest and best boy, Banjo. Fifteen years of nonsense, happy smiles, truffle scoffing and veg rouletting.

Banjo was our pal, our neighbour and Nico’s BFF (big brother actually). Banj was our first “walkies” dog when we were initially just doing boarding. He started going walkies with Nico when Susie went out with the bigger group. As time went on he became ensconced in the BIPS gang - he’d even turned up at our door one evening unannounced 🤣 obvs our craic was so much better than that at No 12 😉).

So we shared 8 glorious years with Mr B Snr - what a privilege it was. He was out with the gang a few days before he left us and he was enjoying himself as normal. We had over 600 pics that we had to whittle down from his time with us - included here are pics with Susie & Nico on his very first days with us, and his very last week of walkies with the gang. The pics here show how happy he was all the time and what a special boy he was.

Uncle Mike, Susie Doodle and I (aka “The Doggers” 😂) share Joanne, Alex, Gran (with her never ending supply of tea biscuits), Kate and all the family’s loss and heartbreak - he really was one in a million 🥰🥰
