Sustainable Farming Survey
Moredun is supporting a PhD project exploring UK livestock farmers’ views and experiences of sustainable farming practices, with a particular focus on their real-world impacts on livestock production, parasitic worm control and grass growth. A short online survey has been launched to gather farmer perspectives and practical examples from across the sector. The survey also provides an opportunity for interested farmers to nominate their farm for more detailed involvement as a focus farm within the project. The work will help build a better understanding of how sustainable farming approaches are being implemented in practice, and what implications they may have for animal health, pasture management and farm productivity.
